The hotel consists of 10 apartments to let PLUS 2 residential apartments.
These residential apartments (3bedroom and 2bedroom) are located at the base, next to the living area with TV, the central pool bar, the gardens, parking area and the swimming pool of 89 m².
At the upper floors are in total six 2bedroom apartments and four 1bedroom apartments. These apartments are equipped with kitchen, shower room, central heating, safety-box and veranda or balcony with sea and mountain view.
Because of family problems the hotel could not operate for the last years and is in need of total renovation.
