Agia Marina is located eight kilometers west of Chania and is one of the most popular resorts in Crete. In front of the village, you will find the homonymous beach with the lovely sand and the turquoise waters.
The beach of Agia Marina is excellent and extends to the beach of Stalos. It is populous and well organized. On the western side of the village and close to the harbor of Platanias, visitors will find small artificial bays, ideal for swimming.
