|Located just by a clean and calm beach, the hotel is found in a peaceful place while only a 5-minute walk away you will find plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to enjoy your time.
The three storey building of 1224mē in total and 136mē additional building capacity is facing the sandy beach for 28 metres having another 58 metre road frontage.
The ground floor (built in 1980), consists of:
- Staff room
- Storage room
- 209mē restaurant with large windows with unobstructed sea views and a large yard outside
- Food preparation room of 55,75mē
- Four bathrooms
The first floor consists of twelve (12) rooms in total; 10 double of 22mē each with kitchenette and bathroom with shower and another two (2) two-bedroom rooms of 50mē each with kitchenette and bathroom.
Half of the rooms have sea view balconies whereas the other half, have mountain view.
The second floor (built in 1995), consists of fourteen (14) double rooms of 22mē with bathroom with shower (no kitchenette available), of which seven (7) have sea view.
All rooms have air - conditioning and refrigerators.
The hotel is operating from 1st of April to 30th of October each year and the hotel staff mainly includes: two (2) Receptionists, two (2) maids and one (1) maintener.
The hotel's guests are mainly Europeans.
Please note that: Because of the hotel's location and as there is additional space available, a tavern could also be operating that addresses both locals and tourists other than hotel guests and customers; therefore, doubling of both turnover and net profits would be achieved.
Option: Behind the plot where the hotel is located and attached to it there is another 1730mē plot with 1384mēbuilding capacity. A potential buyer of the hotel can opt to purchase this additional piece of land to use it for business purposes.
