An environment which will make your stay an unforgettable experience. The Villa is in high quality traditional Cretan style. Local materials such as stone, wood, tiles, sea pebbles and iron have been used for their construction; this in combination with modern comforts and amenities will make your stay both luxuriously comfortable and enjoyable.

Built in 2005, the incredible villa boasts a total area of 140m² with three (3) bedrooms, an outdoor pool 4x7m and indoor pool 2x4m divided from the rest of the living room by a large glass door exactly opposite the fire-place.

The ground floor includes a large living room - dining room, a kitchen, a sitting room and a small WC. At the first floor there are three (3) bedrooms, two of them with double beds and small WC and one with 2 single beds, as well as the main bathroom. Two large balconies surround the first floor. At the ground floor large verandas all around lead to the outdoor pool, the big garden and the BBQ. The ideal place to relax and have a glass of wine in privacy.

Cleaning and bed linen changing takes place twice a week.

No chlorine is used in the pools. The pools are all equipped with ionizing systems so that their use is truly safe, particularly for children.

Solar systems are used for water heating and energy saving light bulbs.

Pets are accepted as there is a special area reserved for them.

Location

Tavronitis village is situated in the northwest part of the region of Chania between Chania and Kissamos. It is a small, quiet, hospitable seaside village boasting traditional taverns, a mini market, bakery, pastry shop, meat market, pharmacy, several cafes, gym, gas station, sports field and most of all, very clean sea.

Tavronitis is a small seaside village built in the end of the river Tavronitis, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and vineyards. It is located west of Chania, next to the villages of Maleme and Kolymbari, 18km west of Chania, a tranquil village with a lovely, sandy beach and a linear centre with shops, traditional cafes and taverns.

Tavronitis is a tranquil destination to explore west and south Crete. The unique beaches of Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi are near. From the New National Road the visitor can travel fast to Chania old Town and other sightseeing. Along the old National Road which passes through Maleme there are located many facilities to serve the visitors; mini markets, cafes and restaurants. The waterfront is quite developed with a few taverns and cafes.

The sandy beach is well organised offering a few restaurants and cafes, and facilities for swimming and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas, sea sports etc). You can visit Tavronitis by using public bus running regularly and taxi from Chania, as well as by private and rented car and motorbikes.

A few more lovely sandy beaches can be found in short driving distance. Platanias (6 km east, very lively centre), Kolymbari (5 km west, a beach with pebbles and sand), offer lovely beaches. Especially in Platanias village our guests can find a wide range of bars music cafes taverns, shops, and supermarkets.
