The Villa of 250 m² is nestled amongst the olive groves and wild herbs. This exceptional stone built villa benefits from stunning views and abundance of space.
On the ground floor, there are 3 double and 2 single (with guest beds) bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people, all with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, speakers and central heating. Every bedroom has double door opening onto their own terrace with stunning panoramic views overlooking the bay of Kasteli and the white mountains of Crete.
The living space is situated on the first floor and comfortably hosts 12 people. There is a very large contemporary open-plan kitchen. The dining area boasts a floor to ceiling window which gives the illusion of eating on the edge of the world. The dining table offers 14 seats. This area leads into the sitting room where comfy sofas, open fireplace, IPod docking system, stereo system and TV/DVD ensures relaxation. The entertainment includes games for all ages as well.
Outside, the villa is set in landscaped gardens with colourful bougainvillea and sweet scented jasmine. On the lower ground there is a good size private pool with a child splash area, shower, sunbeds, 12 garden chairs, 10 deck chairs and a BBQ area. Exploring the external area a covered veranda is found.

The visitors are attracted from the beautiful bay, the weird caves, the various churches and museums.The region is offered for sightseeing.

The Archaeological Museum of the area is located in the capital of Kissamos province, just 1 km away.
There are daily cruises departing from Kastelli's port for Gramvousa, where you can find the old Venetian fortress, and the breathtaking exotic beach of Balos (Tigani bay, tropic water lagoon with white-pink sand).
Just 7 km to the North West you can visit Falasarna, a long white sandy beach and an important archaeological site (ancient Falasarna). The area is a popular tourist destination with a beautiful sunset.
Continuing south west we can find Sfinari, the beaches around Amigdalokefali and the marvellous beach of Agios Mironas. Towards the same direction and just a few kilometres away we can find Chrisoskalitisa Monastery (celebrations on August 15th), built on a rocky hill above the sea.
For the adventurous, you can take a walk through Samaria Gorge which is located on the south west of the island.
Don't forget to visit Elafonisi, where you can find a unique pink sandy beach and a cedar forest. The exceptional road network of the surrounding area offers a wide selection of destination choices covering all demands conventional or alternative, in order to explore the numerous beach sites as well as the densely populated hinterland of our prefecture.
