The four-storey apartment block offers one the opportunity to be close to all attractions that the town of Chania provides and to all kind of amenities and facilities.
The apartment block consists of four apartments and each of them covers one floor.
Entering the building one faces a small garden with flowers.
Each apartment varies from 86 to 117m² comprises of a large living room, a kitchen with cupboards, air-condition (a/c) and a balcony. Via a hallway one crosses two (2) or three (3) bedrooms with wardrobes and air-conditions (a/c). Each apartment houses a bathroom and a WC as well.
The apartment on the fourth floor, which is a penthouse, benefits from the mountain views and the fact that is recently constructed.
At the back yard one faces a big garden with grass and bushes and a shared barbeque (bbq).
Each apartment is also provided with a security door, central heating and parking space. In addition, there is a storage room of 11m² in the basement.
