The business only for this season is currently generating income of approx. 100.000 -110.000 Euro.
The hotel staffing requires two (2) part time cleaning staff members and one (1) part time kitchen staff member.
The expenses, taking in account personnel payrolls, electricity, clothing cleaning, supplies and catering, are approximately 25.000 Euros.
All included and after expenses, the hotel generates a net season income of approx. 85.000 Euros.

2nd Evaluation - Simple Amortisation
Currently the hotel operates only for two months per year. Considering this area is an ideal place for sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, trekking and excursions, it is easy to understand the opportunities for extra profits. Thus, the income can be increased by operating also during Christmas and Eastern holidays plus the weekends and under this conditions, the estimated time for depreciation is reduced.

The village is the most popular holiday destination and is known for its crystal clear sea and the wonderful beaches. Nearby you will find shops, taverns and restaurants all within walking distance.
The northern region of Evia is considered to be the most beautiful part of the island, where the rich and luscious greenery blends together perfectly with the blue of the sea.
