- In the kitchen (10m²) there are many cupboards, refrigerator-freezer, cuisine with 4 hot plates (ceramic), oven and microwave oven, coffeepot and kettle, dishwasher, cookware and cups for up to 10 persons.
- Bedroom of 11m² with 2 single beds, bedside tables, mirror, closets, en-suite WC 4,5m², jacuzzi bathtub with hydro massage and TV 15".
- Separate WC 5m² with lavatory, mirror, washing machine, closets and first aid kit.
Via an internal wooden staircase, one has access to the first floor that houses:
- Bedroom of 14m² with double bed (155x200 cm), bedside tables, mirror, TV 15", wardrobe, bathroom with a 3m² WC inside the room. Possibility for extra bed for babies.
- Bedroom of 11m² with 2 single beds, bedside tables, mirror, closets, en-suite WC of 4,5m² with bathroom and TV 15".
- Storage room 3m² with shelves, room for the suitcases, iron and iron board.
Please note that the house is provided with central heating, solar system, ceiling air condition.
Location
In the centre of Spilia there is a traditional cafe and a charming taverna where you can sit and enjoy some of the local specialities under 300-year-old plane-trees. The beautiful beach of Kolimbari with its pleasant fish-taverns is only 3km away.
The village is a great place to unwind, with nature walks, bike-and-horse riding, and of course swimming. The surrounding area offers many pretty sights, lovely paths, and is convenient for visits to the wonderful Deliana Gorge, the famous beaches of Balos, Gramvoussa and Falassarna in the western part of Crete, and Elafonissi and Paleochora beaches further away. Old churches, monuments and caves - such as the Old Christian Rotonda Church and St. John the Hermit's Cave - are also places of interest not to be missed.
