This spacious rental consists of in total six (6) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, and living/dining area with fireplace and open plan kitchen.

The bedrooms at the 1st floor are fitted with air-condition, satellite TV is available and large verandas/balconies are inviting the lessees to enjoy the views whilst having a cool drink. For those who do not want to take every day a swim in the pool of 35m², there is enough space for gardening as well.

Location

The villa for rent stands on own land of 2.000m² and is within a short walk (250m) from the sandy beach and the Cretan Sea, close to all kind of amenities and the National Highway Rethymno-Iraklio (200m).

A very pleasant area with a vast majority of restaurants, taverns, shops, bars and hotels, along the northern coast of Crete, about 6km from the town of Rethymno. The organized beach is sandy, has some slightly rocky areas and gains every year the Blue Flag. The village is close to the National Road giving quick access to the other areas of Crete and there is public bus service from and to Rethymno and Iraklio.
