This long term rental is available for a minimum period of six (6) months, but if rented for a period of one (1) year and over the monthly rent will be reduced from 1.200 Euros to 1.000 Euros per month.
The apartment consists of fully furnished and equipped (as seen) living / dining area with open plan kitchen, three (3) bedrooms, one (1) large full bathroom, and one (1) separate toilet.
The rental benefits from central heating, fireplace and air-condition. Water is included in the rental price, and telephone just needs to be reconnected.
Location
It is located in a very pleasant area with a vast majority of restaurants, taverns, shops, bars and hotels, along the northern coast of Crete, about 6km from the town of Rethymno. The organized beach is sandy, has some slightly rocky areas and gains every year the Blue Flag. The village is close to the National Road giving quick access to the other areas of Crete and there is public bus service from and to Rethymno and Iraklio.
