In order to facilitate the commercial value of property in the development each one has been designed to conform to the Greek National Tourist Organisation criteria making it possible to apply for the appropriate licence known as the EOT licence.

Location

Located in a tranquil area close to a traditional village, set in extensive olive groves and overlooking the sea, while still enjoying easy access to the beach and the cosmopolitan town of Rethymno.

In the nearby village, houses were first built by the Venetians during their occupation of Crete and have been preserved and are inhabited until this days, and there is a typically Cretan historical atmosphere present in the cobbled streets and village square which displays huge millstones from the old olive oil press that once produced oil using traditional methods.
