The three homes are located in one of the oldest areas of Crete where Byzantine and Minoan artifacts have been discovered. Only minutes from Loutraki and Marathi, two of the most beautiful beaches of the Akrotiri area. The village has supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops for convenience.

Home 1: Set on a plot of 1.950 m and framed with a cement fence, this home offers many fine amenities. The home is a total of 135 m consisting of a raised ground floor and basement currently used as living space. The

Home 3: Home 3 is set on a plot of 1.240 m. The internal dimensions are 67 m for the ground floor and 70 m for the finished basement.
Offering the same amenities and fine construction of Home 1 and Home 2, this home does not feature a swimming pool.
