In one of the most famous destinations of Crete, only 25 km from Heraklion, the biggest city of Crete, are currently in planning and constructing 18 individual luxurious villas, coming with big gardens and parking area, in a variety of sizes and types; and some of the villas are coming with a license of the Greek Tourism Board (EOT), giving one the possibility letting the villas to holiday makers, generating extra income.

The village is stretched on a leeward gulf with sandy beach, and on its north side, on a bright green peninsula, is located the 5 star luxurious Hotel Capsis, which accommodates the international jet-set.

The village has all the comforts a visitor or a permanent resident demands: supermarkets, restaurants and taverns, cafes and bars, water sports, doctors, pharmacists etc. In the city of Heraklion (population 155.000 per 2001), only 20 minutes away by car, one can find all the comforts, a big city can offer: international airport, university hospital, university, commercial port, marine, luxurious commercial stores, multi-cinemas, public services, etc.

The plot is situated on the top of a hill, in the centre of the village, opposite the public parking and the elementary school, with free view of the sea and the mountain, and only 80 meters away from the sea.
