The resort consists of 9 groups of houses (43 units total) of spacious and modern design and offer undisturbed views to the sea. The property group "Polyhymnia" consists of 6 apartments and is located at the western part of the resort, towards olive groves.

All apartments have living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms and coming with air-condition and central heating.
The apartments have independent entrances and private outdoors areas with tile-paved terraces and gardens surrounded by low stonewall.

There are three big fenced and paved parking areas with one parking space per house.

In the centre of the complex there is a spacious communal swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing patios and a communal BBQ area. The communal areas are landscaped with declining gardens fenced with low stonewalls, sitting areas and paths paved with natural stones, creating the feeling of a small village. There is plenty of space for private and communal outdoor activities.

One can access the resort from the public road through four entrances. There are lights at the four entrances and along the paths that lead to the houses.
