Two major investments of total value EUR 1.3 billion, that had stopped because of bureaucracy over the last 6-7 years, is about to unblock the Minister of Finance, Competitiveness and the Marine.

Katseli Luka, who is considered that has a better place the last days within the government because she managed to sell the Shipyards of Skaramaga, is eager to promote the issues of her ministry, as quickly as possible.

So the next days is expected to be announced that will proceed rapidly, two implementing investments which will create over 1200 jobs.

In fact the Minister has issued instructions in the coming weeks to be launched:

Investment in Viotia of 1 billion euro, which is stuck since 2004. This is a great thematic tourism unit, in the area of 15,000 acres, which will have among others a great golf, worthy of units abroad. Investors are Greek and foreigners. The new jobs that will be created will surpass 1,000.
Investment in Attica of 300 million euro. This is a large shopping center (Mall) that due to the bureaucracy is "stuck" since 2003.New jobs that will be created are approximately 200.
