A joint work group between Greece and Abu Dhabi is to be created with the aim of probing bilateral development cooperation as well as Abu Dhabi's possible participation in the Greek Development Fund, in the process of being created in cooperation with the European Investment Bank. The purpose of the Fund will be the enhancement of investment schemes in Greece.
It was announced that the joint group's first meeting will take place in Athens in the coming weeks, following a visit of Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping Minister Louka Katseli and Minister of State HarisPamboukis to Abu Dhabi, who held talks with the Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, ruler of Abu-Dhabi.
