Despite the talk of crisis, when it comes to unique properties in top areas, then nothing prevents some people to pay a fortune to buy the property.
As highlighted during the workshop of the Greek Appraisal Institute, an apartment over 200 sq meters on the street of Herodes Atticus, was sold for the impressive amount of ¤ 35 - ¤ 36 thousand per square meter!!
This value is probably the highest recorded in Greece and shows that those homes meet the "package", which is unique, are sold at very high prices.
It is significant that in Filothei, where prices range from ¤ 6.500 to ¤ 9.000/m2,have been recorded and sales for ¤ 11 - ¤ 12 thousand / sq.m.
