From Norway to Chania!
The Norwegian Orchestra of Chania is organising today a unique concert outside the temple of St Nicolas in the area of Splantzia.
The concert is hosted by the Municipality of Chania in cooperation with the Norwegian Embassy and the Consulate of Norway in Chania.
Today's concert is aimed in the exploration of the Greek culture and contemporary greek way of life in general, by the norwegian band of Igor Rybak.
Igor Rybak, who is the father of the 2009-winner of the Eurovision Concert Alexander Rybak, is in Chania along with his band. The band consists of 20 children, from 12 to 18 years old.
Today, the 5th of october 2012, outside the temple of St Nicolas in the area of Splantzia an exceptional classical concert will be held by the 'Igor Rybak and the Vivaldi Orchestra'. There is no fee for the people to attend it.
