Kolymbari Chania in the top 20 best areas to invest worldwide
In the list of the best locations for investment worldwide is Chania. The newspaper Daily Telegraph, refers to Chania and more particularly to Kolimpari as one of the best places in the world regarding the purchase of a second home.
The journalist Mr Christopher Middleton, an expert in real estate and tourism, after a market research, released the list of the 20 best places in the world for second homes.
Among them, featured Kolimbari area of Chania, as one of the most rational choice to buy a home, describing the area as historic, self-sufficient and environmentally unspoilt.
As highlighted in the article of "Telegraph", Kolimbari while located just 30 minutes from the airport of Chania, the level of construction activity and therefore the saturation of the region is extremely low.
"Not only is there a beach with blue flag, but a multitude of lagoons and bays that can be reached within 20 minutes from the center of Chania," was noted in the article.
So, Kolimbari is presented as one of the 20 best opportunities for investors in real estate.
