In clear waters swim the Cretans!
Crystal clear are the waters in which the residents and visitors are diving of the beaches and shores of Chania, according to the results presented on the municipality's website, based on the annual inspections-measurements conducted on the water for quality.
The controls were the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, through the Special Secretariat for Water.
According to the results of the audits, which were released today Thursday the 28th of June 2012, as an excellent three-star quality were characterized the waters of the beaches of Agia Marina, Stalos, Agioi Apostoloi, Agios Onoufrios, Vlites of Souda, Kalathas, Kalamaki, Kum Kapi, Marathi, Nea Chora, Stavros and Chrisi Akti.
