The Russians are coming to Greece!
84.469 visas were issued in May this year for Russians wishing to visit Greece, compared to 69.526 issued last year.
Just upstream is the total figures for the first five months of the year, during which were issued 127.393 visas, compared to 107.480 of last year's same period, which means a percentage increase of 18,5%.
As expected, more will arrive within the next two months, considering that now are issued 4.500 to 5.000 visas daily.
Mr. Alexander Tsantekidis, director of the largest Russian and former USSR's travel agency in bilateral tourism "Mouzenidis Travel", was optimistic saying that the number of tourists is increasing and the consulates in Russia and Ukraine do not have time to issue visas!
