The Builder was established in 1981 and is located in the city
of Chania in the Western part of the island of Crete, Greece.
We have carried out major construction projects in
and around Chania including public works, shopping
centers, traditional residences and buildings refurbishment.
We developed a department which concentrates on the construction (turn key projects) the study and the
design of traditional and modern houses and villas
in Crete . Our mentality is to offer premium/excellent
quality services to our customers, adopting distinguished
and stylish architectural solutions,finely adapted
to our beautiful landscape of Crete.Our priority is
a friendly trustfully relationship with our clients
which is very important for a successful project.We
have designed and constructed numerous houses especially
for British and German citizens here in Crete and
for well-Known citizens of Chania.
In The Builder we occupy a team
of well qualified collaborators. We all work together
